Minimum order for delivery should not be less that Rs 1000
Minimum delivery time is 30 minutes from the time of order placement and can increase based on distance of delivery location from Karamel outlet
Ice-creams shall only be delivered within 05 KM radius of the nearest Karamel outlet
An order may be cancelled only within the first 10 (ten) minutes of placement. After that the order cannot be cancelled
Any cash on delivery order must be accepted upon receiving and payment must be made against it
Proof of payment is mandatory for all online paid orders. A screenshot of the successful payment should be sent on WhatsApp to Karamel Helpline – 0321 5272635
Any dispute or complaint must be filed with the first 10 minutes of receiving the order
Karamel’s management holds the right to make the final decision regarding any dispute or complaint
